. this post is donee. what else is there to say except this was kind of a deep post xD.[/blockquote][/blockquote]macy was a fairly simple girl. honestly, it was easy to make her happy and there wasn't much to her being. she was generally a happy person, but things like getting into trouble or getting wasted just made her so much happier. she liked breaking harmless rules, such as wandering around the halls at night or trying to sneak into other houses' dormitories just for the hell of it. none of her plots ever had alterior motives behind them. she was a harmless, innocent sixth year that just liked the thrill of doing things that might get her caught. and yeah, she got caught all of the time. it was hard not to catch her because she wasn't sneaky, she was awful at casting spells, and she trips over her own feet quite often. if a teacher were to find her and chase her down, more than likely she would fall and just start rolling around laughing while her accomplices got away, that is, if she was even working with someone. a lot of the times she just works alone. she wasn't graceful at all and often ran into things that were plainly in sight just because she wasn't paying enough attention to anything. she couldn't help it though, that's just how she naturally was. another natural thing about her. she was a terrible witch. she sucked at casting spells because she can never focus, and even if she can manage to get her wand to work, the spell either backfires or does something she does not want it to do. teachers have learned not to choose her to show examples because she fails epically at everything involving magic. in potions class, she'll spill things or blow something up. her best class is care for magical creatures, because most of the time, she gets along with the animals and it usually doesn't involve wand usage.
one might find it quite strange, but macy was a big friend of the ghosts here at hogwarts. she liked talking with various ghosts on various occasions because they were all so freaking interesting. they all had awesome stories to tell her about and they all liked telling them. she could sit in the hallways and listen to a ghost tell her it's life story all day and not go to any classes. her favorite ghost, surprisingly, was The Bloody Baron, mostly because he was easy to piss off and that always entertained her. he was the only ghost who wouldn't easily spill his stories to but he always ended up doing so. he liked macy to, because it was hard not to. she was friendly, lovable, and just a really good person. except for the fact that she drinks too much and skips classes too often, she's a really nice girl. she works hard - sometimes - and never gets involved in any of that lame drama. another ghost she liked was Peeves, because of his love for getting into trouble. a lot of times the two were the master minds behind some pranks gone wrong, but they never minded. in the end, they would blame each other, but they always found each other again later to pull some other prank on the first years. then there were the ghosts who didn't really have attitudes and were just like normal people. nearly headless nick, or the ghost of gryffindor, and macy were always having normal conversation. she'd tell him about things that would happen and he would relate things back to his day and age. he loved that she loved hearing about histories and always suggested that she shoot for some career in the history of magic or history of muggles. the ghosts helped her out more than the students or teachers did.
macy was currently in the hallway, fleeing from the scene of the crime. she and peeves had just put a few of the weasley's wizarding wheezes' puking pasties into a few of the younger students meals. neither the girl nor the ghost wanted to witness the outcome, so they immediately went in seperate directions. peeves headed for the dungeons where he could take refuge with slughorn, and macy was casually wandering down the corridors of the second floor as if nothing had happened. after all, the puking would be occuring on the first floor. she laughed every time she thought of how the teachers would react, and wished she could have stayed to see how the entire school reacted. she almost felt bad for the little kids. honestly, it wasn't like macy was a mean girl, she just liked pulling practical jokes. it was always one of peeves' ideas that they did, so it wasn't like it was her idea to infect the first years. it was just funny. harmless, like i said. sometimes macy danced along the fine line of harmless and irresponsable, but she always loomed back into the harmless region. if she were to stop listening to peeves' suggestions, she would probably be better off, because peeves did things just to be mean, while macy did things just to get a good laugh. and the difference between the two was great. macy rounded the corner of the hallway into a shadowy area so she could sit and laugh for a little while with out being caught. she would wait out the mess there until things cleared up, just to be safe. for a long time, she had been meaning to get her hands on that maurader's map, and just had no idea where to look. she had heard about it. she knew harry potter had been the last one with it, and she knew he might have left it behind.
macy wasn't a dark witch. no, she was gryffindor - noble and brave. she never really understood why she had been placed into that house, but she accepted it. she always thought she was more of a hufflepuff. she was a good friend, a nice girl, and never let people down. she definitely seemed more like a hufflepuff than a gryffindor. yeah, she supposed she could be brave sometimes, but wouldn't being brave mean facing the consequences of her jokes instead of running from them? she knew about the weasley twins from way back when, and their infamous jokes and now the surviving brother ran the joke shop in diagon alley. she knew their story and practically worshipped them, simply because of their love for just getting a good laugh. she sat in the corner, thinking about how she would have liked to live during that time. during the battle of hogwarts. she would have liked to have been at hogwarts then, just to be involved. that's part of the reason why she was in dumbledore's army now. even though she wasn't much of a witch, her best friend elli was training her, and they all knew something wasn't right. they all knew about the hatchlings and they all knew that someone was trying to follow in lord voldemort's footsteps. and macy wanted to be there to help bring him or her down. she wanted to be there to see the dark fall again, because she knew, like any other, that good would always triumph over evil in the end. like it had in the past. but she also knew that history had a way of repeating itself.ohhai, this post is for anyonee and there are about 1288 words in it for you to read. the lyrics are from hey monday
